Multi-Crew Co-operation & Route Training

EPTA can offer an MCC and Route Training Course which is conducted at Cabair College of Air Training (CCAT) based at Cranfield. CAAT is EPTA's affiliate commercial pilot training school that specialises in Integrated training.

The innovative new course will give you invaluable preparation for actual airline operations. You will fly for a virtual airline - CCAT CONNECT based in Brussels - and fly airways routes throughout Europe using Standard Operating Procedures based on the B737-NG and similar to those used by any major airline.

Training is conducted on CCAT's Alsim AL200 configured as a Cessna Citation 2 Jet. Using standard jet speeds, the course covers both normal and non-normal operations of jet aircraft systems.

Here’s what the course incorporates:

The MCC course

  • 25 hours of classroom training
  • 5 Sectors of Pilot Flying
  • 5 Sectors of Pilot Monitoring

The Route Training course

  • 3 sectors of both Pilot Flying and Pilot Monitoring
  • Flying in High Terrain
  • Using simultaneous parallel runways
  • Practising Short Turn Arounds.
